- 以矿物油MVI600和轻脱油为基础油,利用硬脂酸与异丙醇铝或三异丙醇三氧铝反应制备铝基润滑脂,探讨了基础油、硬脂酸、异丙醇铝或三异丙醇三氧铝等组成及制备工艺对铝基润滑脂性能的影响,通过组成和工艺条件的优化制备出性能优良的铝基润滑脂。润滑脂的工艺条件:在常压釜中进行(便于置换脂中异丙醇),反应温度110~120 ℃、反应时间1.5~2.0 h,同时加料,反应结束后,加水置换异丙醇,待异丙醇全部放出后,升温脱水,达到最高炼制温度190~210 ℃。润滑脂具有良好的抗水性、胶体安定性、润滑性、抗氧性和防锈性。
Taking mineral oil MVI600 and light deasphalted oil as base oil, used is reaction of stearic acid and aluminium isopropoxide or three isopropyl alcohol three oxygen aluminum to prepare aluminum-based grease, discussed is effect of the base oil, stearic acid, aluminium isopropoxide or three isopropyl alcohol three oxygen aluminum and preparation process on performance of the aluminum-based grease, aluminum-based grease with good performance has bee prepared successfully through optimization of its composition and preparation process conditions and the grease has good water resistance, colloid stability, lubricity, oxidation resistance and anti-rust property.
