- 地下储气库具有天然气季节性调峰和能源战备的功用,其完井管柱长期承受交变压力,管柱的密封性将直接影响整座储气库的运行寿命。为了保证完井管柱的完整性,长庆油田储气库建设过程中首次引进了管柱气密封检测技术。介绍了新型气密封丝扣检测技术的设备和原理,叙述了长庆油田储气库两口水平注采井应用3SB扣油套管的检测试验概况。应用结果表明:油套管在试验压力下泄漏很难避免,泄漏率与套管上扣扭矩以及试验压力并无直接对应关系,也不能作为管柱泄漏判断的直接依据。而气密封丝扣检测技术检测灵敏度高,达到了0.000 1 ‰,可以准确检测出发生泄漏的问题套管,应用该技术可以保证管柱的完整性。
Underground gas storage has such functions as seasonal gas peak shaving and energy reserves, its well completion casing string bears the alternating pressure for a long time and sealing of the casing string directly affects service life of entire gas storage. In order to ensure the integrity of the well completion casing string, gas seal testing technology used for the string is introduced for the first time during gas storage construction in Changqing Oilfield. Described are equipment used in the new gas seal screw thread testing technology and its testing principles and applied is the testing technology to conduct test on 3SB oil casing in two horizontal injection and production wells of Changqing Oilfield. Test results show that it is difficult to avoid oil leakage of the casing in test pressure condition, leakage rate and make-up torque of the casing and its test pressure are not directly correlated and can not be used directly as judgment basis for gas seal string leakage. Gas seal screw thread testing technology has high sensitivity of up to 0.1ppm, can accurately detect leakage of the casing and ensure integrity of the string.
