- 2010年8月9日,大港油田公司在渤海湾海域进行了大规模压裂实施,为了达到认识储层且为后期整体投入开发提供依据的目的,室内进行了大量反复配伍实验,优选出低伤害超级瓜胶压裂液体系,通过全三维压裂软件模拟地层参数及施工参数,进行裂缝几何尺寸的优化及配套工艺技术的优选,最终对探井滨海6井实施了成功的压裂改造,压后日产油103.6 m3,日产气29 000 m3,效果显著。施工的成功说明了根据海上油井改造特点,应用的压裂液体系、工艺参数及配套工艺技术都具有较高的针对性,整体改善了储层的渗流能力,形成了较好的油流通道,为今后海上油井大型压裂改造提供了宝贵经验。
Dagang Oilfield Company implemented large-scale fracturing in Bohai bay waters on August 9, 2010, used were guar gum water-base fracturing fluid system and relative technologies to implement fracturing transformation on Binhai 6 well successfully, which is an exploration well with daily 103.6m3 oil output and 29000m3 gas output. This implementation has obtained remarkable effect, not only expanded preliminary exploration achievements, but also provided valuable experience for application of offshore oil well fracturing technology. Summarized are successful experience and shortcomings in this fracturing implementation, which will provide valuable reference for offshore oil well fracturing in the future.
