- 各国对液化天然气(LNG)的重视使得LNG需求量逐年增加,为满足LNG长输管道建设需求,有必要对LNG长输管道输送技术进行研究。分析了LNG的应用现状和现行LNG管道面临的问题,阐明了LNG长输管道建设的必要性和可行性。对LNG长输管道的工艺设计标准和方法进行了介绍,阐述了LNG长输管道采用的密相输送工艺原理,对管道中间加设冷却站的方法进行了分析并给出了冷泵站间距的计算公式。管道需安装绝热保冷层,介绍了管材和绝热材料等绝热保冷技术以及保冷层厚度的计算方法。最后提出了LNG长输管道设计中可能遇到的管道预冷、冷收缩和停输以及LNG冷量利用等问题的解决方法。
Demand of liquefied natural gas (LNG) has been increasing year by year due to global great attention. To meet the need of long?鄄distance LNG pipeline construction, it is necessary to study its long?鄄distance pipeline transportation technologies. Analyzed are application of LNG and necessity and feasibility of long?鄄distance LNG pipeline construction, introduced are long?鄄distance LNG pipeline transportation technologies, such as process design, dense phase transportation technology, cooling station process and heat and cold insulation technology and pointed out are some considerations in long?鄄distance LNG pipeline design. Long?鄄distance LNG pipeline construction will have a great development in China.
