- 介绍了某输油管道系统的构成,分别采用公式法、HYSYS软件和SPS软件对管输系统的稳态工况进行了模拟,模拟结果显示公式法和HYSYS软件的稳态计算结果偏小,因此,在实际工程中若采用公式法和HYSYS软件计算稳态工况,计算结果应适当考虑一定裕量。由于公式法和HYSYS软件均无法实现瞬态工况的模拟,推荐采用SPS软件对管输系统瞬态工况进行模拟,根据管输系统在非正常工况下最高运行压力,最终确定合适的设计压力,保证管道的安全性和可靠性。
Introduced is the structure of some oil pipeline system, simulated are steady state working conditions of the pipeline system through using formula method, HYSYS and SPS software and the simulation results show that steady state calculations obtained by formula method and HYSYS are small. Therefore, in actual engineering practices, certain allowance shall be considered for calculation results of steady state working conditions obtained by formula method and HYSYS. Meanwhile, formula method and HYSYS are unable to realize simulation of transient conditions, so SPS software is recommended for such simulation of oil pipelines. Design pressure of pipeline system shall be ultimately determined according to its max operating pressure in abnormal conditions in order to assure the safety and reliability of the pipeline.
