- 对西气东输二线干线西段清管作业实践进行了分析研究;以张掖至永昌管段和烟墩至红柳段管道为例,深入探讨清管期间存在的水合物堵塞问题;结合国内外大口径长输管道清管作业经验,采取软件计算与管道实际运行参数相结合的方法开展研究。研究表明在清管作业过程中注入水合物抑制剂效果明显,确定了西气东输二线干线西段清管作业注醇量与水合物生成关系,结果表明注醇量为25 %时清管效果最佳;提出配套解决方案,为以后天然气管线的安全运行及清管作业提供了数据支持。
Analyzed and studied are practices of pigging operation in western section of West-East Gas Pipeline 2. Taking pigging operation in the pipeline segment from Zhangye to Yongchang and pipeline segment from Yandun to Hongliu for an example, discussed deeply is hydrate blockage likely occurring in pigging operation. Summarized is experience in pigging operation of long-distance pipelines with large diameters and relative software is adopted to analyze and study actual process parameters of such pipelines. Analysis and study results show that hydrate inhibitor injection into pipelines in pigging process has obvious effect and the pigging effect is optimum if hydrate inhibitor injection volume is 25 %. Associated solutions are put forward for pigging operation, which will provide valuable reference for future pigging operation.
