- 为确定聚乙烯(PE)燃气管道在城镇燃气定向钻穿越工程中的曲率半径及安全穿越长度,选择400D作为穿越曲率半径,对PE管穿越与钢管穿越长度进行比较,同时对穿越时管道受到的回拖力、绞盘力、轴向力及径向力进行计算。结果表明:选择400D作为PE管穿越时的曲率半径可以大幅度降低工程投资,能够满足穿越施工及管材受力要求,但PE管穿越长度根据PE管管径的不同略有不同。
Length of polyethylene (PE) gas pipeline crossing is compared with that of steel gas pipeline crossing in order to determine curvature radius and safe length in PE gas pipeline crossing cities and towns by horizontal directional drilling and comparison results show that PE gas pipeline crossing needs less engineering investment than steel gas pipeline crossing and has a good application prospect. Calculated are pull?鄄back force, capstan force, axial stress and radial stress in PE gas pipeline crossing by horizontal directional drilling and selected is 400 D as curvature radius in PE gas pipeline crossing, which can meet pipeline strength and crossing construction requirements. However, the length of PE gas pipeline crossing shall be adjusted necessarily according to different pipeline diameters.
