- 在天然气脱水站的日常运行和生产管理中,因天然气气质差,过滤分离器过滤效果不佳等问题,导致下游脱水装置甘醇品质下降,脱水深度不够。为解决这些问题,有必要对影响过滤分离器过滤效果的因素进行深入研究。对过滤分离器本身结构、滤芯选型、天然气气质和过滤流程四个影响过滤效果的因素进行分析,制定技术改造措施,以提高过滤分离器的过滤效能。通过实施技术改造和现场应用实践,过滤分离器的过滤效率显著提高,取得了较好的经济效益和管理效益。
In daily operation and management of natural gas dehydration station, such factors as poor natural gas quality and poor filtration effect of filter separator will result in poor glycol quality and inadequate dehydration depth of dehydration unit. In order to resolve these problems, it is necessary to analyze the factors effecting filtration effect of filter separator. Analyzed are structure of filter separator, filter cartridge selection, natural gas quality and filtration process and prepared are measures for technical reformation of filter separator in order to improve filtration effect of filter separator. Through technical reformation and actual field application of filter separator, its filtration effect has been improved remarkably, which makes economic and management benefits increase preferable.
