- 摘要:
- 针对石油化工行业中处理剂利用率低的问题,结合实际生产情况提出逆流高压喷射液体处理剂注入方式。利用全透明蓝宝石水合物动态实验装置,采用“压力搜索法”分别实时测定了逆流高压喷射和常规注入两种情况时水合物的生成条件。对比试验测试结果,对试验数据进行分析处理,结果表明逆流高压喷射注入方式与传统的注入方式相比能明显提高处理剂的利用率,降低了水合物生成的温度。因此有必要研究并推广逆流高压液体处理剂注入技术进而提高经济效益。
In allusion to low efficiency of treating agents in petroleum and chemical industry, high pressure reflux jet injection method is put forward in combination of actual production conditions. Used is completely transparent sapphire hydrate dynamic experiment device and adopted is “Pressure Search Method” for real time measuring hydrate formation conditions in high pressure reflux jet and conventional injection respectively. Comparative analysis is conducted on test data and the results show that high pressure reflux jet injection of treating agents has more obvious efficiency than conventional injection and hydrate formation temperature will be reduced by the former injection method. Therefore, it is very necessary to research and promote injection technology for high pressure reflux jet treating agent so as to increase economic benefits in petroleum and chemical industry.
