- 随着现代磨削技术的高速发展和市场对绿色环保性能要求的日益严格,传统磨削油已不能满足现代磨削加工在润滑和健康、安全等方面的需求,探讨了现代磨削油研发中面临的实际问题。在考虑健康环保要求下,完成了对现有极压剂、油性剂、防锈剂等添加剂的筛选,以油性剂、极压剂、防锈剂种类和配比不同的磨削油的PB、PD值进行了配方甄选。研制油品采用了较高的PD值和适当偏低的PB值,经过综合试验评定,研制的2型磨削油满足技术指标要求,颜色较浅,低毒(不含氯及重金属等)。
With high speed development of modern grinding technology and increasingly strict environmental protection requirements, traditional grinding oils cannot satisfy modern grinding process requirements in lubrication, health and safety. Discussed are practical problems in research and development of modern grinding oils. According to health, safety and environmental protection requirements, selected are such additives as extreme pressure additive, oiliness agent and anti-rusting agent and such additives are adopted as per different ratios and PB and PD values to prepare different grinding oils. Results obtained from comprehensive test evaluation show that Type 2 grinding oil has a lighter color and low toxicity (with no chlorine and heavy metals) and meets relative technical index requirements.
