- 井壁的剪切垮塌,是钻井过程中经常遇到的井壁稳定性问题,严重地影响着钻井的速度、质量及成本。为减少井下事故、规避钻井风险,降低钻井成本,基于线弹性力学模型,运用Drucker?鄄Prager(德鲁克-普拉格)准则针对地应力场对水平井井底临界坍塌压力的影响进行了计算分析。结果表明,在井壁稳定性问题中,水平井井底临界坍塌压力的大小不仅受地应力场中应力大小关系的影响,而且与水平井方位角、井周角存在着一定的关系。在实际钻井过程中应根据实际地应力大小、方向及储层条件确定最佳钻井方式,以期达到最佳钻完井效果。
Borehole wall shearing and collapsing occur frequently in well drilling, which has a great effect on drilling speed, quality and cost. In order to reduce accidents, avoid risk during well drilling and reduce the drilling cost, established is mechanical model of linear elasticity and applied is Drucker?鄄Prager criterion to analyze and calculate the effect of crustal stress field on critical collapse pressure in horizontal well bottom. The results show that critical collapse pressure in horizontal well bottom is affected not only by stress in crustal stress field, but also affected by azimuth angle and perigon of horizontal well. In well drilling, the best way of well drilling shall be selected according to actual crustal stress, direction and reservoir stratum conditions so as to achieve the best well drilling and completion effect.
