- 清洁压裂液作为一类新型的低伤害压裂液,因其优良的特性在储层压裂改造中有良好的发展应用前景。为了对压裂施工设计提供必要的参数,通过室内试验的方法对APV缔合型清洁压裂液体系中温区配方进行了评价。结果表明:APV具有很好的耐温耐剪切特性和时间稳定性,在中温地层中能很好地满足施工的粘度要求。通过粘弹性测试得出该流体为强冻胶,在整个扫描过程中损耗模量低于储能模量,表现出以弹性行为为主,在相对低粘度时仍具有良好携砂性能。少量的破胶剂即可使此压裂液在4 h后完全破胶,随着破胶剂份量的增加,在一定程度上可以提高破胶速度,破胶液粘度小于3 mPa·s,具有很好的破胶性能,与地层配伍性良好。在实际使用中,可以采用改变破胶剂浓度来控制此清洁压裂液的破胶速度,更好地满足压裂施工的要求。
As a new type of low damage fracturing fluid, clean fracturing fluid has a good development and application prospect in reservoir fracturing reformation because of its good characteristics. In order to provide necessary parameters for fracturing construction, warm area formula of associative clean fracturing fluid APV has been evaluated through laboratory test method. The results show that: APV has a very good heat and shear resistance property and time stability and can meet viscosity requirements of construction in medium temperature reservoir. Viscoelastic test results show that the fluid belongs to strong gel and its loss modulus is less than energy storage modulus in whole scanning process. The fluid is dominated by elastic behavior, so it still has a good performance of sand?鄄carrying at a relatively low viscosity. A small amount of gel breaker can make the fracturing fluid completely gel breaking after 4 hours. With gel break component increase, it can quicken gel breaking speed to a certain extent. The fracturing fluid has good gel breaking performance and compatibility with stratum if gel breaker viscosity is less than 3 mPa·s. In actual application, gel breaking speed of such clean fracturing fluid can be controlled through changing gel breaker concentration in order to meet requirements in fracturing construction.
