- 普光气田为我国特大型高含H2S气田,集输管线压力高,其设计压力9.0 MPa;H2S含量大,达13 %~18 %(φ);腐蚀性高,采用的是L360MCS抗硫碳钢管。L360MCS抗硫碳钢管为低碳微合金管线钢,具有高强度、高韧性和抗脆断以及抗HIC和抗H2S腐蚀性能,主要用于高含硫化氢介质管道中。普光气田开发前,国内没有相关成熟的抗硫管道焊接案例,也没有相关焊接工艺标准。从管线材料、焊接材料性能出发,介绍了焊接材料、焊接工艺及质量控制等关键环节。自2009年8月普光气田集输管道投产以来,各项性能指标均满足设计要求,管道运行状态良好。
Puguang Gas Field is an extra large size high H2S content gas field, with high pressure gas gathering and transportation pipelines (design pressure: 9?郾0 Mpa.), high H2S content (sulfur content: 13 % ~ 18 % V) and high corrosivity. In order to reduce risks resulting from pipeline corrosion, L360MCS sulfur?鄄resistant carbon steel pipes are selected for gas gathering and transportation pipelines. L360MCS sulfur?鄄resistant carbon steel pipe, made of low carbon micro alloy pipeline steel, has such performance as high strength, high toughness and resistance to brittle fracture and resistance to HIC and H2S corrosion, mainly used for high H2S gas gathering and transportation pipelines. Before Puguang Gas Field development, there is no successful welding case of sulfur?鄄resistant pipes and there is no relative welding process specification in China. Introduced are performances of pipeline materials and welding materials, welding processes and weld quality control. Since gas gathering and transportation pipelines in the gas filed were put into operation in August 2009, their various performance indicators meet the design requirements and these pipelines are in proper operation.
