- 针对阿赛线原油输油温度高、蜡堵现象严重等生产技术问题,评价与分析阿赛线原油对常用降凝剂EVA的感受性,为降低输油温度、保障输油安全奠定理论基础。以阿赛线首站原油为研究对象,采用原油凝点、流变学测试方法,评价典型国产降凝剂对阿赛线原油的降凝降粘效果,对比分析阿赛线原油加剂前后的蜡晶形态,探讨其低温流动改进的主要影响因素。结果表明,阿赛线原油在70 mg/kg的EVA作用下,凝点、反常点和低温表观粘度均有显著降低,但加剂温度及高速剪切对EVA的作用效果影响较大,当加剂温度低于60 ℃时,加剂作用效果明显变差;加剂原油在析蜡高峰期受到高速剪切时,其低温表观粘度随剪切作用增强而增大;长时间低速剪切对原油加剂效果影响不大。
Assessed and analyzed is the sensitivity of Asai Pipeline crude oil on EVA, a pour point depressant used commonly, in order to reduce crude oil transportation temperature and assure safe operation of the crude oil transportation pipeline. Taken is crude oil in the initial station of Asai Pipeline as a research object and adopted is the crude oil condensation point and rheology test method to assess the pour point and viscosity reduction effect of the typical domestic pour point depressant on Asai Pipeline crude oil. Comparatively analyzed are wax crystal shapes in Asai Pipeline crude oil before and after pour point depressant injection and discussed are main factors affecting its low temperature liquidity improvement. The results show that freezing point, abnormal point and low temperature apparent viscosity of Asai Pipeline crude oil are significantly lowered with the effect of 70mg/kg EVA, but the pour point depressant injection temperature and high speed shear have large effect on EVA and effect of pour point depressant injection became obviously poor when injection temperature is below 60℃. However, low speed shear for a long time has not obvious effect on pour point depressant injection.
