- 随着科学技术的不断进步,国内油田提出了自动化、数字化、模块化油田建设。自动化、数字化油田探究的主要是地面工艺部分,其中单井油气水流量的测量尤为重要。传统上油田采用功图法量油,该法受各种因素影响较大,流量系数经常变化,使得部分油井气、液流量测量误差大且量油时污染严重,安全隐患大,无法实现真正意义上的自动化、数字化。2006年,塔河油田引进无人值守的橇装式选井阀组进行试用并取得成功。随后,该技术在托甫台区块整体开发中进行推广应用,节约了工程投资和占地,减少了劳动定员,取得良好效益。橇装计量技术的应用,使塔河油田由传统的三级布站模式变为二级半布站,地面集输工艺得到整体优化。
With continuous scientific and technical development, automation, digitalization and modularization construction have been propose in one after another oil fields of China. Automation and modularization oil field construction are mainly involved in oil and gas surface gathering and transportation processes and measurement of single well oil gas and water flow is very important. Traditionally, adopted is the dynamometer diagram method in many oil fields for oil measurement, the method will be affected by various kinds of factors and flow coefficient will change frequently, which results in large errors of gas and liquid flow measurement in some oil wells and severe pollution in oil measurement and accordingly, automation and modularization oil field construction can not be realized fundamentally. Since 2006, unattended skid-mounted well selection valve group was tried successfully in Tahe Oilfield. Subsequently, the technology has been applied widely in overall development of Tuoputai block and good benefit has been obtained. Application of skid-mounted metering technology in Tahe Oilfield has brought global optimization of its oil and gas surface gathering and transportation system.
