- 随着油气开采技术的不断发展,国内外相继发现了一批高含硫气藏。硫沉积是高含硫气藏开采必须面对的一个普遍问题。为了减少硫沉积对地层、井筒的伤害,有必要弄清单质硫的沉积机理、影响因素以及如何防治和处理硫沉积。目前采用的治理措施有加热溶化法、化学反应法、加注硫溶剂法,其中应用最普遍的是加注硫溶剂法。论述了硫沉积原理以及防治措施,以期为高含硫气藏的开采提供帮助。
With continuous development of oil and gas exploration technologies, a number of high sour gas reservoirs have been found at home and abroad. Sulfur deposition is a common problem existing in high sour gas field development. In order to reduce damage of sulfur deposition on stratum and wellbore, it is necessary to make clear mechanism of elementary sulfur deposition, its effect factors, and how to prevent and treat such deposition. At present, adopted are such methods for elementary sulfur deposition prevention and treatment as heating melt method, chemical reaction method, sulfur solvent injection method, and the final one method is adopted commonly. Introduced are principle and mechanism of elemental sulfur deposition and proposed are its prevention and control measures in order to provide help for developing high sour gas reservoirs in the future.
