- 系统地对三甘醇脱水装置进行了HAZOP分析,基本过程为:将装置划分为5个节点,对影响装置的偏差(流量、温度、压力、液位)进行具体分析,找出影响装置正常操作的客观因素,排查安全隐患,针对性地提出解决方案。将HAZOP分析的结果与应用在靖边气田三甘醇脱水装置的现场运行参数进行比较,结果表明:HAZOP分析不但解决了装置中存在的问题,使得运行参数与设计参数相吻合,起到了“纠偏”作用;优化了运行参数,确保了装置安全、平稳、高效运行。HAZOP分析的实施不仅能够规避和消除存在装置中的各类风险因素,还能以最低能耗获得最大产率。
Conducted is HAZOP analysis on three glycol dehydration unit systematically, researched are deviations (flow, temperature, pressure and liquid level) and some objective factors which will affect proper operation of the unit, investigated are potential safety hazards one by one and proposed are relative solutions. This analysis method has been effectively applied to three glycol dehydration unit in Jingbian Gas Field. Compared are analysis results obtained by using this method with the field operation parameters and comparison results show that HAZOP analysis not only can solve some problems existing in dehydration unit operation, make operating parameters be identical with design parameters, but also can optimize the operating parameters and assure safe, proper and efficient operation of the unit. Effective application of HAZOP analysis can obtain the max production rate with min energy consumption.
