- 随着水平井储层改造工艺的进步,水平井在低渗透致密气藏的开发中优势日益突出,目前水平井已成为低渗透致密气藏开发的重要手段。但受水平井井眼轨迹和复杂流动形态的影响,常规的预测模型不适用于水平井的临界携液流量预测,临界携液流量预测已成为水平井排液的关键难题。为此,利用可视化水平井气液两相管流模拟器,采用分段模拟方法,基于大量的模拟流动实验,对斜井段、水平段的临界携液流量预测模型进行修正,建立了水平井临界携液流量修正模型,现场应用取得较好效果。
Advantages of horizontal well in low-permeability and compacted gas reservoir development have become more and more prominent with the technological progress in transformation process of horizontal well reservoir and at present, horizontal well has become important means in low-permeability and compacted gas reservoir development. However, due to complex wellhole trajectory and flow pattern of horizontal well, conventional prediction model is not suitable for its critical liquid-carrying flow prediction, such prediction has become a key puzzle for horizontal well liquid discharge. Therefore, adopted is the visual gas-liquid two phase simulator of horizontal well pipe flow and applied is the segmented simulation method to correct critical liquid-carrying flow prediction model of slope sections and horizontal sections according to a large number of flow simulation experiment results and establish a correction model for critical liquid-carrying flow prediction of horizontal well. The model has been applied in the site and good results have been achieved.
