- 天然气管道跨越工程中的塔架吊装往往受场地条件限制而难度较大。为此,根据汉江跨越塔架吊装的现场实际情况,对常见的吊装方法进行比选,提出了吊推法用于跨越塔架吊装的方案。结合天然气管道跨越工程塔架吊装的特点,描述了吊推法在汉江跨越工程塔架吊装中的工作原理及其不利工况,介绍了吊推计算的主要内容以及吊推法在汉江跨越工程中的创新。汉江跨越塔架吊装的实践经验表明,吊推法具有场地适应性强、安全、经济等特点,值得在天然气管道跨越工程中推广。
The erection of natural gas pipeline aerial crossing tower is often difficult due to the restricted site conditions. Introduced are actual conditions at the site of Hanjiang aerial crossing tower erection, compared are common erection ways and selected is the lifting and pushing method for Hanjiang gas pipeline aerial crossing tower erection. In combination with the characteristics of gas pipeline aerial crossing tower erection, described are the operating principle of the lifting and pushing method in Hanjiang gas pipeline aerial crossing tower erection and adverse working conditions and introduced are main calculations and innovation in this project. Practical experience in this project shows that the lifting and pushing method has such advantages as strong site adaptability, safety and less investment and this method may be applied widely in gas pipeline aerial crossing projects.
