- 为了将声发射技术应用于隐蔽油罐检测中,有必要弄清声发射系统的基本组成和隐蔽油罐的结构特点。按照隐蔽油罐周围环境的防爆要求,对声发射系统进行了防爆设计,在7个储罐上进行了声发射静压检测试验研究。通过对比试验结果,发现不同储罐底板的声发射源活度存在差异,得到储罐定位声速的范围和静压检测声信号的峰值幅度分布,证明了传感器安装位置的罐壁涂层对声发射检测的影响较小,验证了防爆声发射系统检测的可行性和有效性。
In order to apply sound emission technology in hidden oil tank testing, it is necessary to find out basic composition of such emission system and structure of hidden tanks. Conducted is explosion-proof design of sound emission system according to the explosion-proof requirement for environment and conditions around hidden oil tanks, conducted is static pressure test on sound emission system in seven tanks and the test results show that such emission source activities on different tank bottom plates are different between each other. Obtained are the range of tank positioning sound speed and the peak amplitude distribution of static pressure testing sound signal, it is proven that coating on the tank wall in sensor installation position has a little effect on sound emission testing and test and verified are the feasibility and availability of explosion-proof sound emission system.
