- 在克拉苏气田大北试采工程克拉2中央处理厂中的三相分离器分离过程中,发现了罕见的凝析油与乙二醇严重乳化、难于分离的现象,影响了凝析油和乙二醇的回收处理。经过现场调研和实验分析,充分证明这一乳化现象与大北化学剂的加注无关,而是源自大北与克拉井流物的混合。此外,在缓蚀剂与甲醇和乙二醇的配伍性实验中,首次发现了水溶性缓蚀剂与甲醇和乙二醇存在溶剂相平衡的相互作用,国内外的缓蚀剂都普遍存在这一问题,这对今后水溶性缓蚀剂与有机溶剂配伍性评估提出了新的要求。
During separation process of 3-phase separator in Kela-2 Gas Field central processing facility in Crassus Kita Gas Field trial production project, such a rare phenomenon is found as serious emulsification of condensate oil with ethylene glycol and difficult separation,which seriously affected recovery and treatment of condensate oil and ethylene glycol. Results from field investigation and laboratory analysis have provided much evidence sufficient to prove that such emulsification phenomenon has nothing to do with the chemicals and resulted from mixture of the Crassus Kita well flows. In addition, compatibility test on corrosion inhibitors with methanol and ethylene glycol shows for the first time that a balance of solvent interaction exists between water-soluble corrosion inhibitors, methanol and ethylene glycol and domestic and overseas corrosion inhibitors have such feature, which is making new demands on compatibility evaluation of water-soluble corrosion inhibitors with organic solvents.
