- 近年来，随着国内经济和建设领域的不断发展，建设工程呈现出规模化、系统化、专业化的发展趋势，EPC总承包模式也因此逐步得到推广。为了实现EPC的转型和项目建设利润最大化，探讨工程造价的合理确定与有效控制具有十分重要的意义。基于EPC发展的实践经验，站在以设计院为EPC总承包主体的角度上，探讨控制造价的优势，着重分析了设计阶段造价控制。对工程项目取得良好的经济效益有着重要作用。
In recent years， with continuous development of economic construction in China， construction projects emerge in endlessly and become more and more large， systematic and professional and EPC contract mode is popularized gradually. In order to realize the transformation of EPC and realize the profit maximization of construction projects， it has great significance to discuss reasonable determination and effective control of the construction cost. Based on the practice experience in EPC projects in recent years， discussed are advantages of cost control and emphatically analyzed is the cost control of design phase from the perspective of EPC contract based on design institute as main body， which has a very important role for good economic benefit.
