- 自助加油站能让客户自主完成车辆加油和结算，作为加油站先进的管理与服务模式，具有传统加油站不可比拟的核心竞争优势。四川销售成品油分公司通过对全自助加油站和半自助加油站建设模式的探索，结合国内综合情况和不同客户群的实际服务需求，对自助加油站的建设模式和技术设备应用进行研究，总结出在推广初期建设半自助加油站为主、逐步推广全自助加油站的建设模式，采取人工服务和自助引导相结合的混合模式培养消费者自助加油习惯，尽可能减小对原有加油站客户的影响，为国内自助加油模式提供一整套可行的解决办法。
Self-service gas station is able to let a customer complete vehicle refueling and payment process by oneself. Such advanced management and service mode of self-service gas station have core competitive advantages incomparable with traditional gas station. PetroChina Sichuan Marketing Company researched construction modes and technical equipment of full self-service and half self-service gas stations， analyzed actual demands of different customer groups and summarized such new construction mode as that more half self-service gas stations shall be built in its early popularization and more and more self-service ones shall be built step by step. Combined mode of personal service and self-service guidance shall be applied to cultivate a consumer’s self-service refueling habit so as to reduce work loading of gas station client servers as far as possible， which will provide a set of practical solutions for domestic self-service refueling mode.
