为统一对天然气站场进出站阀组的认识，结合国内天然气站场进出站阀组的设置情况和应用经验，简要分析进出站阀组的设置目的、方法及位置，将目前国内相关规范对进出站阀组的设置规定进行比对，提出天然气集输站场单井站应在井口处设置高低压紧急关断阀，集气站和输气管道站场（清管站除外）应单独设置截断阀并保持一定安全距离，清管站进出站工艺截断阀可兼作ESD紧急截断阀。若受外部条件限制无法做到，则必须采取其他行之有效的措施，以适应当前工程建设合理性的要求，满足工艺安全需要。

 In order to unity the understanding on valve group at inlet and outlet of natural gas stations， analyzed are installation objective， methods and position of such valve group in combination with installation and application experience in valve group at inlet and outlet of domestic natural gas stations， compared are relative requirements in Chinese national codes， standards and specifications for valve group installation at inlet and outlet of natural gas stations and proposed are such requirements as that high and low pressure emergency shut-off valve shall be installed at wellheads of single well stations in gas gathering and transportation stations， emergency shutdown valves shall be installed at gas gathering stations and gas pipeline compressor stations （except for pigging station） respectively and a safe distance shall be held between the valves， process block valves at inlet and outlet of pigging station may be used as emergency shutdown valves. If the above-mentioned items can not be realized due to some external conditions， other effective measures shall be taken so as to meet current engineering construction requirements and relative process demands.
