油气田开发试采期间,塔中地区有部分零散试采井存在天然气放空现象,国内经济发展迅猛但能源紧缺,回收放空天然气既增加供气能力,又节约能源,减少环境污染。为实现这一目标,经现场摸索实践形成了一套采用橇装化、模块化处理设备,按照2×104 m3/d、3×104 m3/d、5×104 m3/d三个等级进行多橇搭配的天然气回收技术。当实施回收的试采井产气量下降,橇装设备可以重新组合,在短时间内搬迁至新的井场重复利用。经过近三年的现场应用,设备运行正常,已累计回收天然气2.9×108 m3。该技术的成功应用对今后类似现场放空天然气回收有一定的借鉴作用。
During the trial production period of Tazhong Oil and Gas Field development, some scattered trial production wells will vent gas. Along with rapid economic development in China, energy shortage is becoming increasingly severe. Recovery of the vented gas can enhance gas supply capacity, and also can save energy sources and reduce environmental pollution. To achieve this goal, through field researches and practices, formed are a series of gas recovery technologies, in which adopted are a set of skid-mounted modular processing units and the processing units are skid-mounted according to such three grades as 2×104 m3/d, 3×104 m3/d and 5×104 m3/d. If output of trial production wells drops, such skid-mounted units can be recombined and relocated to a new well site in a short time for reusing. In field application of nearly three years, these skid-mounted units operate normally and have recovered 2.9×108 m3 natural gas in total. Successful application of the technology can provide a valuable reference for future similar gas field development.
