管道系统的完整性管理贯穿于全生命周期,涵盖设计、建设、投产、运行、延寿各个阶段,设计是整个生命周期中的起点,因此,在管网设计中融入完整性概念十分重要。腐蚀是一种与时间有关的危害因素,将贯穿于管网系统的运行阶段,对于含H2S/CO2气田集输管网系统,腐蚀问题会影响管道完整性。针对H2S/CO2气田,介绍工程设计阶段材料选择过程中需要考虑的主要因素、腐蚀风险评估的方法以及腐蚀控制框架的基本要求,为管网设计期间融入基于腐蚀风险的管道完整性设计理念提供参考。
Integrality management of pipeline system is involved in design, construction, operation and so on. Design is the first step in the whole service life of pipeline system, so it is important that integrality concept is considered adequately in design period. Corrosion is a kind of hazard factors relative to time and it will run through the whole operation stage of pipeline system. For gathering and transportation pipeline system in H2S/CO2 gas field, corrosion issues will be more prominent and integrality management of pipeline system will be seriously effected by corrosion. Therefore, it is critical to select materials with very high corrosion resistance in pipeline system design period. In view of H2S/CO2 gas field development conditions, introduced are considerations in material selection during design period, corrosion risk assessment methods and corrosion control measures, which will provide a reference for pipeline system design based on corrosion risk control.
