针对气体钻直井的井斜控制问题,设计了一套气体钻井专用稳定器,用有限元仿真软件对气体钻井专用双稳定器钟摆钻具的力学特性进行模拟分析。从钻具本身的结构参数、井眼参数以及钻井参数等方面考虑,分别讨论了上下稳定器间距、下稳定器与钻头的距离、钻压、井斜角以及上下稳定器尺寸与钻具钟摆力的关系,分析了各个参数对钻具钟摆力的影响程度。计算结果与相同条件下纵横弯曲梁理论得出的结果相对比,两者基本吻合。通过分析可知,使用该专用稳定器的钟摆钻具组合在用气体钻井时具有较强的防斜纠斜能力,能够有效地控制气体钻井井斜问题。
Aiming at deviation control in vertical gas well drilling, designed is a set of special stabilizer for gas well drilling and applied is the finite element simulation software to simulate and analyze mechanics characteristics of pendulum drill assembly in the special stabilizer for gas well drilling. Considering such parameters as pendulum drill assembly structure parameters, borehole parameters and drilling parameters, discussed are relationships between stabilizer fluctuation spacing, stabilizer and bit distance, drilling pressure, well deviation angle and stabilizer fluctuation size and drill pendulum force and analyzed are effects of various parameters on the drill pendulum force. The calculation results are basically consistent with those obtained by using crossbar bending beam theory in the same conditions. A series of analysis results show that the pendulum drill assembly of the special stabilizer has strong ability of deviation control and can effectively control deviation in vertical gas well drilling.
