通过理论计算来探究2500型压裂车主副车架相互干涉的问题,证明了在产生干涉前主副车架的弯曲不匹配。运用ANSYS Workbench模拟仿真验证了理论分析的正确性,指出副车架对远离联接板的主车架翼缘处的干涉比较大。提出了一种实现主副车架刚性匹配的解决方案,即将副车架的壁厚由5 mm增大为7.2 mm。利用“集中力接触法”验证了该方案的可行性,分析结果表明:主车架关键点的变形量大部分减小10 %以上;主副车架间的相互干涉明显降低,降低值均大于40 %。
Conducted is theoretical calculation to explore mutual interference of the main frame with the sub-frame and proved are bend and mismatch of the frame and sub-frame before the interference occurs. Applied is the ANSYS Workbench to conduct analog simulation for testing and verifying the validity of the theoretical analysis, it is pointed out that the interference of the sub-frame to the main frame flange far away from the gusset plate is serious and further proposed is a solution for realizing the frame and sub-frame rigidness matching, that is, thickness of the sub-frame is increased from5 mmof7.2 mm. Applied is the “Concentration Contact Method” to analyze, test and verify the feasibility of the solution and the analysis results show that deformation of key points in the main frame is decreased by more than 10 %, mutual interference of the main frame with the sub-frame is reduced significantly and the reduction is more than 40 %.
