贾家隧道岩石质地坚硬,用一般钻爆方法施工难度较大,进度缓慢,费工费料。为加快工程施工进度,经多次试验,对施工工艺进行了优化:在掏槽方式上选用楔形掏槽、对钎杆及钎头的材质和型号及对火工品进行选择和优化组合,采取将钻孔封口以提高爆破效率的措施;对钻孔的布置和角度进行调整,采取钻进掏槽眼角度控制在40°~50°以内效果最佳的措施;优化了增大掌子面的临空面等工艺方案,探索出一套适用于贾家隧道的施工方案。优化后的工艺方案节约了施工成本,提高了工作效率。
The rock of Jiajia Ridge Tunnel is of hard texture, if New Austrian Tunneling Method (NAT M) is applied, its construction is very difficult and require a lot of labor and cost. In order to speed up construction progress, many trials are conducted and construction techniques are optimized. Selected is wedge cut and optimized are materials and types of drill rod and boring bit and priming system. Meanwhile, such measures are taken as drill hole sealing, adjustment of drill hole layout and angles, control of drilling cut hole angle to 40° ~50°and expansion of free face of tunnel face. Work efficiency is improved obviously, the construction progress is accelerated and construction costs are reduced greatly after construction techniques are optimized.
