- 由于管道内涂层无法直接检验、检查,因此对在役管道内涂层运行期可靠性评估和寿命评价尤为重要。为提高在役管道内涂层寿命评价的科学性和合理性,提出一种基于模糊理论的在役管道内涂层寿命评价模型。该模型利用模糊变换将分层指标的模糊评价转换为总体模糊评价,结合评语集可求出最终评分。阐明该系统模型结构和具体步骤,结合某天然气管道减阻内涂层实际情况确定的指标体系为4个一级指标和24个二级指标,并应用于在役5年的天然气管道减阻内涂层寿命评估,结果表明是可行的。
Because pipeline internal coating can not be inspected directly, it is particularly important to carry out dependability assessment and service life evaluation on internal coating of pipeline in service. In order to evaluate service life of internal coating of pipeline in service scientifically and rationally, established is a model for service life evaluation based on fuzzy theory. In the model, applied is the fuzzy transformation to transform the fuzzy evaluation of stratified index into general fuzzy evaluation and final scores can be obtained in combination with a set of comments. Described are model structure and specific procedures of this system. Combined are practical conditions of internal coating in a certain gas pipeline to determine 4 class 1 indexes and 24 class 2 indexes, which are applied in service life evaluation on internal coating of pipeline in service for 5 years and the application results show that it is feasible.
