- 为解决金属管道在油田进入中高含水期出现腐蚀穿孔频繁、结垢等严重问题,以及减少金属管道对油田地质注水造成的二次污染,有必要对不同材质的管道进行现场试验。某油田从2000年起相继使用玻璃钢管、钢骨架复合管和柔性复合管代替钢管进行油气集输及注水工程,充分利用了非金属管的耐腐蚀性强和水力性能好等优点。通过现场实际应用证明,虽然采用非金属管一次性投资较高,但非金属管在油田集输和注水系统中可以防垢,杜绝腐蚀,减少污水二次污染,缩短工期,降低维护成本,经济效益和社会效益明显。综合考虑非金属管优于金属管,利于油田的长久发展,具有推广应用价值。
In order to solve such problems as frequent corrosion perforation and serious scaling in medium and high water cut period and reduce secondary pollution on metal pipeline resulting from oilfield water injection, it is necessary to conduct field test on pipes made of different materials. In certain oilfield, steel pipe was successively replaced with glass steel pipe, steel skeleton clad pipe and flexible clad pipe since 2000 for oil and gas gathering and transportation and water injection and such advantages were used fully as strong corrosion resistance and good hydraulic performance of nonmetallic pipes. Practical field application shows that although selection of nonmetallic pipes in oil and gas gathering and transportation and water injection systems needs high one-time investment, but scaling can be prevented, corrosion can be controlled and secondary pollution can be reduced efficiently, construction period can be shortened greatly and maintenance costs can be decreased, which can bring obvious economic and social benefits. Considered comprehensively, nonmetallic pipes used in oilfield medium and high water cut period are better than metal pipes and have significant popularization and application values.
