- 为减少天然气在输送过程中对长输管道的腐蚀危害,需进行脱水处理。目前国内气田站场大多采用脱水剂吸收法脱水,但脱水剂三甘醇再生过程中会消耗大量热能,故三甘醇脱水装置属于高耗能设备。通过对脱水装置中的主要耗能设备即高压吸收部分的吸收塔、低压再生部分的重沸器进行结构改进,优化工艺流程,引入板式换热器,使整个装置的能耗降低,节约了能源,减少了装置的运行成本,提高了装置的市场竞争力。
In order to reduce corrosion of natural gas on pipeline in long distance transportation process, it is necessary to conduct gas dehydration. Up to now, applied is dehydrant absorption method for gas dehydration in most of domestic gas treatment stations and plants, a large amount of heat energy is consumed in the dehydrant triethylene glycol regeneration process and triethylene glycol dehydration unit is an equipment with energy consumption. Modified are structures of such main energy consumption equipment in dehydration unit as absorption tower in high pressure adsorption system and reboiler in low pressure regeneration system and optimized is technological process and introduced is plate heat exchanger so that energy consumption of the whole unit is reduced, energy sources is saved and its operating costs are decreased, which has improved its market competitiveness accordingly.
