- 为使海上稠油多元热流体吞吐能取得较好的开发效果,有必要对吞吐注采参数进行合理优化和调整。目前优化方法常采用单因素分析,难以考虑较多因素及相互影响的实际情况。针对上述问题,采用正交设计试验方法,研究注入温度、注入速度、注入干度、注热强度、焖井时间等五种因素对多元热流体吞吐开采效果的影响。通过多因素极差分析显示,影响多元热流体吞吐效果的显著因素是注热强度,其它因素影响相对较小,敏感性大小依次为注热强度、注入温度、注入干度、注入速度、焖井时间。该方法可为现场多元热流体吞吐注入参数的合理优化提供理论指导,具有实际意义。
In order to obtain good development effect of offshore heavy oil multiple thermal fluid huff and puff, it is necessary to optimize and adjust huff and puff injection-production parameters. At present, optimization method used commonly is single factor analysis, it is difficult to consider more factors and their interrelationship. In view of these shortages, used is orthogonal design test method to study effects of such five factors on multiple thermal fluid huff and puff recovery as injection temperature, speed, dryness, thermal strength and soak time. Range analysis results of multiple factors show that thermal injection strength is a remarkable factor affecting multiple thermal fluid huff and puff recovery, other ones have relatively less effect and if these factors are ranked according to their sensitivity, no. 1 shall be thermal injection strength, other ones shall be injection temperature, dryness, speed and soak time successively. Therefore, this method can provide theoretical guidance for reasonable optimization of multiple fluid huff and puff injection parameters.
