- 随着长庆油田大斜度井和井眼轨迹复杂井的日益增多,导致油井管杆偏磨严重,修井频繁,而常规扶正防磨技术不适应这类井况。为解决以上问题,研发出一种自润滑抗磨耐蚀内涂层油管,介绍了该涂层的配方、加工工艺及特点,采用高温高压腐蚀试验对涂层油管的耐腐蚀性能进行评价,用球盘磨损试验机和往复磨蚀试验机对涂层油管的耐磨损性能进行评价,用扫描电镜对耐磨涂料、试验前后涂层形貌进行分析。结果表明,该涂层组织细密,耐蚀性能突出,具有减摩和抗磨作用,提高油管寿命4倍以上,显著延长油管磨损周期。
Along with continuous increase of highly deviated wells and wells with complex well tracks in Changqing Oilfield, eccentric wear of oil well tubes and rods is becoming more and more serious, which results in frequent well repair, more than that, conventional righting and wear control technology is not adaptable to this kind of well conditions. In order to solve the above problem, a self-lubricating internal coating with good corrosion and wear resistance has been developed successfully. Introduced are formula, processing technology and characteristics of the internal coating, conducted are high temperature and high pressure corrosion test on the coating and assessed is its corrosion resistance, used are ball disc wear test machine and reciprocating wear tester to assess its wear resistance and used is the scanning electron microscope to inspect and analyze the coating and its morphologies before and after test. Results show that the coating has fine microstructure, good corrosion and wear resistance and service life of oil tubes coated with the coating can be extended by more than four times.
