- PCM检测在长输埋地输气管道外防腐层缺陷检测中已较成熟,但因输气站站内检测现场操作难度较大而极少应用。检测准确性直接影响后续开挖修复的工程量,为提高站内检测准确性,有必要分析现场检测的特点,找出解决办法。结合现场实际检测分析得出,输气站内PCM检测困难主要是因为站内管道分布复杂、密集造成信号干扰和大型设备接地造成信号流失等,继而提出相应的现场操作要点和改进意见。
PCM inspection is a relatively mature method used for defects inspection of external protective coatings of buried long-distance pipelines. However, it is not used usually due to difficult operation in practical inspection on coating defects in gas transportation facilities. Inspection accuracy has direct effects on repair and maintenance workload, in order to improve the accuracy, it is necessary to analyze the characteristics of in-site inspection. Combined with practical inspection, analyzed are difficulties in PCM inspection on coating defects in gas transportation facilities within gas transmission station, such difficulties lie in dense and complex pipeline distribution, various signal interferences and signal weakening resulted from large-scale equipment earthing. Proposed are several operating points and experience for PCM inspection. Actual operation and application of a certain station show that good inspection methods and rich experience are very important for PCM inspection.
