- 为保证计量器具、阀门、仪器仪表、下游天然气净化装置等的正常运行及轻烃回收中膨胀透平的正常运转,防止天然气净化和原料气脱水中溶液污染,必须在输送前将天然气中的粉尘和液体去除,卧式过滤分离器则是这一过程中必不可少的设备。弄清卧式过滤分离器的工作原理、结构型式,作好工艺计算、结构设计、材料选择、强度设计,制定严格的制造、检验要求,才能保证设备在满足工艺要求的条件下,安全、有效、长久运行。卧式过滤分离器的结构设计、材料选择、强度设计、制造检验要求等都是设计中必须注意的重要环节。
In order to assure normal operation of metering system, valves, downstream gas purification unit and expansion turbine in light hydrocarbon recovery unit and prevent solution pollution during natural gas purification and feed gas dehydration, it is necessary to remove dust and liquid from gas before transportation and horizontal filter separator is an essential equipment in dust and liquid removal. Making clear working principle and structure of horizontal filter separator, doing well process calculation, structure design, material selection, strength design and strict manufacture inspection can ensure that the equipment operates properly in relative process conditions. Structure design, material selection, strength design and manufacture inspection of horizontal filter separator are very important links.
