- 为缩短游梁式抽油机摆动连杆的耗时，降低劳动强度，消除安全隐患，有必要弄清生产现场连杆摆动的工艺流程，发掘其耗时长、劳动强度大和存在安全隐患的原因。更换曲柄销、双列轴承及调节生产参数时都需要摆动抽油机连杆，通常采取捆绑绳索后人力拉拽的办法摆动连杆，或者采取车拖、倒链拉拽等办法，这样不但危险且还受雨雪天气、进出井路、井场环境等诸多客观因素的制约，影响油井采油效率。根据螺旋副工作原理，对连杆移位复位装置进行研制。该装置主要由连杆卡箍、小丝杠、螺母、大丝杠、底座和旋转把柄组成，具有摆动连杆速度快、安全高效的特点。一般而言，连杆移位与复位装置是摆动连杆最安全有效的工具，所以研制游梁式抽油机连杆移位与复位装置十分重要。
In order to shorten time consumption of swing connecting rod in beam oil pumping unit， reduce labor intensity and eliminate safety hidden troubles， it is necessary to make clear technological process of the swing connecting rod in the production site and find out the causes of long time consumption， large labor intensity and possible safety troubles of swing connecting rod. The connecting rod in oil pumping unit is needed to be swung during replacement of crank pin double bearings and adjustment of production parameters. Connecting rod swing by human， vehicle or chain block pull is not only dangerous， but also restricted by many objective factors， such as weather and environmental conditions and oil well production efficiency is affected accordingly. Developed is a connecting rod shift and reset device according to working principle of screw pair. This device， mainly consisting of connecting rod clamp， small and big screws， nut， base and rotating handle， has such characteristics as quick swing speed of connecting rod， safety and efficiency. In general， connecting rod shift and reset device is the most safe and effective tool of swing connecting rod. Therefore， development of connecting rod shift and reset device in beam pumping unit is very important.
