- 在大型工业锅炉房设计及运行中,汽水系统运行状态通常极为复杂。为使整个汽水系统工艺过程更直观、计算更准确、运行更有利,采用HYSYS软件建立系统模型分析工艺过程,可提早发现系统运行中存在的问题,在设计的过程中尽可能避免重大安全隐患,优化工艺过程,选择更合适的运行参数,为锅炉房汽水系统特别是大型系统的设计、运行提供参考。相对于传统计算方法,使用HYSYS软件模拟工艺过程精度更高,数据更直观,运行参数更接近运行工况。
In large industrial boiler system design, water and steam system design is very complex. In order to select more suitable technical process and calculate more clear and accurate operation parameters, the software HYSYS is applied to establish a systematic model for analyzing technical process of steam and water system in boiler plant in order to find problems existing in system operation as early as possible so as to select more suitable operation parameters, optimize technical process and avoid major source of hidden danger during boiler plant design as far as possible, which provides a beneficial reference for process design of steam and water system in boiler plant. Compared with traditional calculation methods, HYSYS simulation calculation has higher accuracy, more intuitive calculation results and process parameters more closed to realistic conditions.
