- 长输管道沿线地形复杂多变,由于管道自重、内压、温度等因素,导致管道环向应力值、温度应力值等易超过管材的许用应力,发生管道的失效破坏,故研究输气管道在运行过程中的应力影响因素显得尤为重要。使用管道应力分析软件CAESAR Ⅱ对不同管径的输气管道在不同压力、温度下的平均应力情况进行分析,得出结论:随着管径的增加,温度对管道应力的影响逐渐增大,压力对管道应力的影响逐渐减小。
Terrain along long distance gas pipeline is complex and such factors as dead load, internal pressure and temperature of pipeline may result in pipeline hoop stress and temperature stress more than allowable stress of pipe material, which will lead to pipeline failure. Therefore, it is particularly important to study factors affecting stresses in gas pipeline operation. Applied is the pipeline stress analysis software CAESAR II to analyze the average stress of pipelines with various diameters. Analysis results show that diameter increase will lead to more effect of temperature on pipeline stress and less effect of pressure on pipeline stress. Such results provide certain safety basis for pipeline design and have referable engineering value.
