机动管线输送高黏度油料的研究

- 采用机动管线输送高黏度油料有一定特殊性,选择适当的输送工艺至关重要。为使机动管线输送高黏度油料的输量、泵站和加热站站距设计合理,采用热力过程和水力过程耦合分析法对高黏度油料输送进行了研究,计算某种无保温机动管线输送油料的温降,得出了高黏度油料机动输送的参数关系,对输送工艺提出了建议,特别指出机动输送高黏度油料时应加热与保温并重,从而延长站间输送距离,减少能耗,保证较高机动性。
Studied are the mutual coupling relationship, calculation method of thermal process and hydraulic process in heavy-bodied oil transportation and calculated is the temperature drop of certain mobile pipeline. Studied is the heated oil transportation process of heavy-bodied oil during field transportation and put forward are some suggestions.
