- 由于煤层气开采具有“低产、低压、低渗、井多”等特点,国内煤层气田的开发主要参考苏里格气田等低压气田的地面集输工程设计,其地面集输工程主要存在集输管网布局及工艺参数不合理、投资较大、能耗较高等问题。因此针对煤层气地面集输工艺特点,对煤层气集输管网优化方法进行研究,分析了煤层气地面集输工艺和特点以及不同集输管网形式的适应性,发现应用分级优化方法能很好解决集输管网优化问题,提出基于集输管网等效水力模拟图的集输管网管径优化方法,在煤层气地面集输工程设计中得到了实践应用。
Coalbed methane development has such characteristics as low output, pressure and permeability and its surface gathering and transportation pipeline network is very complex. In domestic coalbed methane development, referred mainly is the mature experience in low pressure gas field surface gathering and transportation engineering design of Sulige Gas Field and such issues exist as unreasonable pipeline network layout and process parameters, high project investment and high energy consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize pipeline network layout and process parameters. Analyzed are characteristics of surface gathering and transportation process and adaptability of different networks, applied is the hierarchical optimization method to solve the optimization problem, proposed is an optimization method of pipeline diameter of the network according to network equivalent hydraulic simulation diagram and the method has been applied in coalbed methane (CBM) surface gathering and transportation engineering design.
