- Stoner Pipeline Simulator软件是世界公认的用于长距离输油(气)管道设计、计算以及全线自动化控制模拟的高精度软件。应用SPS软件对某原油管道工艺模拟计算时,发现在某一输油温度范围内存在反常规律,即随着管道输油温度的上升,站间摩阻反而呈增大的趋势,针对反常现象进行研究分析。介绍了摩阻系数常用计算方法和SPS软件内置摩阻系数的计算方法;通过研究分析发现,流体从层流到紊流的过渡区,SPS软件对摩阻系数计算公式的选取发生了变化,为层流和紊流计算结果的加权平均数,由于紊流的摩阻系数曲线斜率大于层流摩阻系数曲线斜率,加权后摩阻系数出现随着温度上升反而增大的现象。
The software “Stoner Pipeline Simulator” (SPS) is a software system with high accuracy recognized worldwide for long distance oil and gas pipeline design, parameter calculation and automation control simulation of the whole pipeline. Applied is the software for analog calculation of certain crude oil pipeline and found is an anomaly within certain oil transportation temperature range, that is, friction between stations will increase as the transportation temperature increases. Studied is the anomaly and introduced are common calculation methods for factors of friction resistance and calculation method for built-in factor of friction resistance of the software SPS. Study and analysis results show that the weighted factor of friction resistance will increase as the temperature increases because curvature of friction factor curve of turbulent flow in the fluid is more than that of laminar flow.
