- 水的存在对天然气的集输和加工产生不利影响。为了保证天然气集输和加工的正常进行,准确预测天然气最大容许水含量,即与水合物平衡的气相水含量尤为重要。综述了近35年来天然气水合物汽-固平衡气相水含量的实验测定和理论计算的研究进展,比较分析了预测模型的适用范围和准确性。结果表明,水合物平衡气相水含量预测模型逐渐从单组分体系扩展到多组分体系,从中低压体系扩展到高压体系。vdW-P模型结合CPA状态方程适用范围最广。
In gas purification process, desulfurization process has more energy consumption than dehydration. In order to reduce energy consumption and operation cost, established are an optimization model and an optimization method for gas desulfurization process. With the aid of the software Hysys, applied are the model and method to conduct simulation calculation and parameter optimization for the desulfurization process of 50 × 104m3/d purification unit in Moxi gas purification plant of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company Chuanzhong Oil and Gas Well Area. After optimization, energy consumption of the desulfurization process in the purification unit is 4842.78kW, 12.35 % less than that before optimization while the purified gas quality is ensured, which shows that energy consumption is reduced largely and economic benefit is remarkable. The optimization model and method have good applicability and can be applied in process parameters optimization of other process systems.
