- 鲁克沁稠油油田在注水开发过程中,由于存在稠油冷伤害堵塞导致注水井注水压力长期居高不下,不能满足地质配注要求,需要通过注入一种生物解堵剂来缓解这一问题。该生物解堵剂能快速剥离固体粒表面的碳氢化合物,将高分子聚合物降解为低分子聚合物,并能破坏紧贴在井壁上泥饼中的聚合物长链,快速分散油泥、清除泥饼、降低稠油黏度。通过室内评价试验及4口井的现场试验,说明该生物解堵增注技术可以解除注水井进井地带稠油冷伤害堵塞,降低注水压力,提高注水效率。
During water injection development of Lukeqin heavy oilfield,due to existence of clogging of cold damage of heavy oil, injection pressure of water injection well has been enduringly high for a long time, requirements of geological injection allocation can not be met. Proposed was the scheme of biological plugging agent injection in order to solve this problem. The reagent can quickly strip hydrocarbon from solid particle surface, degrade high molecular polymer into low molecular polymer and can damage polymer long-chain in mud cakes clinging on borehole wall, quickly disperse sludge, remove mud cakes and reduce the viscosity of heavy oil. Results obtained from indoor evaluation tests and field trials of four wells show that the technique can relieve heavy cold damage in water injection wells of the block, reduce water injection pressure and improve the injection efficiency.
