- 大型浮顶原油罐罐壁保温结构设计和施工影响到油罐操作运行的安全性、节能性和经济性。针对中国石油四川石化有限责任公司10×104 m3浮顶原油罐的工程实践，提出了大型浮顶原油罐罐壁保温结构材料选择和结构设计的要点，介绍了保温结构彩钢压型板在罐壁关键部位施工的原则和方法。工程中保温结构外保护层采用基板热镀锌、正面为聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF）面漆的彩钢压型板，解决了国内首次采用板幅长度达12.67 m的整张彩钢压型板作为大型储罐保温结构外保护层这一外观整体性要求高、施工难度大的工程问题。
Design and construction of thermal insulation structure in large floating roof crude oil tank wall will directly affect normal operation， safety， energy conservation and economy of oil tank. Aiming at the engineering practice in 10 × 104m3 floating roof oil tank design of Sichuan Petrochemical Project， proposed are key points for material selection and structure design of thermal insulation layer in tank wall and introduced are construction principles and methods of thermal insulation color steel tiles in key positions of tank wall. In this project， applied are color steel tile with hot-dip galvanized base plate and PVDF finishing paint in external protective layer of thermal insulation structure so as to assure normal operation， safety， energy conservation and economy of oil tank.
