- LNG槽车装车控制系统是LNG工厂信息自动化的重要组成部分，合理控制系统设计能够消除事故隐患，提高装车效率。为了使工程技术人员熟悉LNG槽车装车控制系统的设计特点，通过对装车控制系统工艺流程、系统功能、仪表配置、技术参数的设计描述，对装车作业和销售业务接口进行了分析，对现场使用中出现的特殊情况给出了应急解决方法，得到了一套完整的LNG槽车装车控制流程和系统配置，为LNG槽车装车控制系统设计和使用提供参考。
LNG tanker loading control system is an indispensable part of LNG plant automatic control system. Proper design of such loading system helps to eliminate potential dangers and improve loading efficiency. Described are technological process， system function， instrument configuration and technical parameters of the loading control system in order to help engineering and technical staff to get familiar with LNG tanker loading system， conducted is analysis on loading operation and sales business interface， proposed are emergency solutions for exceptional cases happening likely in field service and introduced are optimum design thinking and proper structure configuration for the system， which will provide valuable references for LNG tanker loading control system design.
