- 为了避免油气田长距离集输和清管作业产生较大段塞流对管道末端的接收、处理装置造成影响,通常在集输管道末端设置段塞流捕集器,处理清管段塞溢流和稳定液相流量。段塞流捕集器既可以起到油气分离作用,又能起到稳定去下游处理设施的液相流量,同时具有一定储存液量的作用,但设计选型中常常出现分离效率不合格、设备选型不经济,以及液位控制无法满足操作要求等问题。鉴于此,在设计段塞流捕集器时,需从技术指标、施工难度和经济投资等方面综合考虑段塞流捕集器的选型和设计。
In order to decrease effect of serious slug flow resulting from long distance transposition or pigging(scraping) operation on terminal receivers,slug flow trap is often equipped in pipeline terminal to catch slug overflow and stabilize liquid phase fluid. Slug flow trap has such functions as oil and gas separation,stabilization of liquid phase fluid to the downstream treatment facility and storage of some slug flow. However,such issues often exist in its design and type selection as disqualified separation efficiency and liquid level control and not low investment. In slug flow trap design,overall consideration shall be given to technical index,construction requirement and investment costs. Introduced are design and selection of slug flow traps and put forward are some recommendations.
