油田老区块增压点改造一体化橇装装置研制

- 长庆油田地处陕、甘、宁、蒙、晋,具有点多、面广的特点。由于油田处于不断滚动开发中,随着长时间开采,老区块油田产量出现递减趋势。为了降低油田老区块增压点的改造成本,提升油田老区块开发效益,通过分析长庆油田老区块增压点生产现状和存在问题,针对性地提出了解决方案。以长庆胡尖山油田增压点为改造试验站,核算了一体化橇装装置的缓冲容积、输油泵轴及电机功率、加热负荷等主要设计参数,提出了一体化橇装装置的设计结构。该装置通过现场投运后,生产平稳、实时控制效果好,增压点改造成本大幅降低,取得了良好的经济效益。
Changqing Oilfield is located in Shaanxi,Gansu,Inner Mongolia and Shanxi and has dispersive feature. With continuous development for a long time,output of old oilfield blocks shows the tendency of decreasing. In order to decrease reconstruction cost of pressurization points in oilfield old blocks and improve economic benefit,analyzed are present situation and some problems of such old blocks and proposed are some solutions. Taking pressurization point located in Hujianshan Oilfield for reconstruction test station,calculated are such main design parameters of skid-mounted integration unit as surge volume,oil transfer pump shaft and motor power and heating load and proposed is a design structure of such unit. Field application of the unit shows it has good control effect. Design of the skid-mounted integration unit can greatly decrease pressurization point reconstruction costs and get good economic benefit.
