- 相平衡计算时,对于汽-液两相体系,单纯依靠计算混合物饱和点,无法准确地判断其是否产生相分离。对于多相体系,不能依靠饱和点来判断混合物所处相区。基于Gibbs自由能最小化原理,利用稳定性分析能快速有效地确定混合物的相数,进而采用连续代入法进行指定相数的迭代计算,可以获得平衡闪蒸结果的严格解。举例探讨了稳定性分析在汽-液两相和汽-液-液三相平衡中的应用,并用连续代入法计算得到了各相组成。计算结果表明该法简单可靠,可用于石油天然气化工中的各类相平衡的严格计算。
In phase equilibrium calculation of vapor-liquid two-phase system,only calculation of mixture saturation point can not accurately determine phase separation production. For multiphase system,only calculation of mixture saturation point can not accurately determine mixture phase region. Based on Gibbs minimization principle,stability analysis can be used to determine the phase number of mixture quickly and efficiently. Successive substitution method is used for iterative calculation of specified phase number so as to obtain the strict solution of equilibrium flash result. Discussed is the application by giving an example of stability analysis in vapor-liquid two-phase and vapor-liquid-liquid three-phase equilibrium calculation and used is successive substitution method to calculate every phase composition. Calculation results show that this method is simple and reliable and can be used for strict calculation of all kinds of phase equilibrium in oil and natural gas chemical industry.
