- 硬质聚氨酯泡沫保温广泛用于国内外直埋系统的钢质管道,目前相关的国内外标准虽然都是对聚氨酯保温层和聚乙烯外护层系统的规范性要求,但相互间不论从材料本身的性能,还是装配系统的整体性能以及试验方法上均存在较大差异。从标准的编制背景、标准内容、介质温度、导热系数、导热系数测试方法、发泡剂类型及其他相关指标上,对国内外标准差异进行了比较、研究,并分析了造成差异的原因。
Rigid polyurethane foam plastics are widely used in heat preservation systems of directly buried steel pipelines at home and abroad. However,there are many differences between Chinese national standards and international ones used for such materials. Along with more and more imported products,analysis,comparison and researches on such differences are beneficial to optimize material performances and select quality materials. Introduced are different backgrounds of each Chinese national standard preparation and analyzed are main differences between these standards and corresponding international ones and described are some causes of the differences so as to provide help for technical personnel in following the standards.
